Hi! I’m Todd Baldinger, and I would like to welcome you to Serra Auto Park. I am a Service Advisor who grew up in Akron, OH. I attended Springfield High School. My goal is to provide every guest with quality service that they can depend on. I am known for getting the job done correctly, within a timely manner. This is a new vehicle so it was our first oil change on this vehicle. We had a good experience yesterday. We have NOT had good experiences in the past with the service department at Serra Honda, but we were pleasantly surprised yesterday with Todd!!
