My priorities are to build customer rapport and be a true team player. Guests can rely on me to make the process as enjoyable as possible and go that extra mile to find what they need. I have a genuine passion for treating each customer with the utmost respect. I grew up in OH, graduated from Brunswick High School, and attended Cuyahoga Community College. In my free time, I enjoy baseball, hiking, gardening, watching movies, and traveling. I truly like helping others and look forward to working with you soon!

Having done my research, I arrived at Serra Honda pretty sure I was gonna leave in a CRV. Buying depended on 2 things: test driving and finance. The car I wanted was on the lot and the perfect sales person greeted me. Tim is a very friendly, personable person who knows his product and is confident in a quiet way. He is extremely easy to chat with and he listens well. I loved the feel of the car and Tim understood when I told him I would not play the game of let me check with the manager when it came to price. He came back with the winning number in one trip. I can honestly say my experience was fun. By the time I left in my new Honda I had made a new friend.
