About Randy
My automotive career began in 1999, and I joined Serra Auto Park Akron in 2019. I am proud of my longevity in this business and look forward to more successful years. I started at the lowest position in the Service Department, and over time, I have worked my way up to the top. Customers enjoy working with me because of my easy-going and down-to-earth personality. I have an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology, with a major in High Performance. My certifications include the NCM Institute Service Management I & II, LMI Developing Personal Leadership, and LMI Leading with Passion & Perseverance. When it comes to life outside of the dealership, my hobbies and interests consist of traveling, muscle cars, drag racing, building vehicles, and watching sports – my favorite teams are the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns!
