I'm a Financial Services Manager with nine years in the industry, originally from Broadview Heights and now working for Serra Auto Park. I'm also AFIP and Compliance Officer certified. I put my team first, focusing on building a positive culture that lets us provide the best customer experience. I'm easygoing and like to think of myself as a consultant, helping people understand their vehicle financing options to fit their needs. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time outdoors and enjoy video games with friends. I'm passionate about helping others grow both professionally and personally, and I volunteer at my church. When it comes to my work at Serra, I really enjoy helping people find the perfect vehicle and protect their investment, ensuring they have the best ownership experience possible. I'm always open to discussing what my customers do for work, their hobbies, family, pets, and even their plans for their first big trip in their new vehicle.
