Welcome! My name is Josh and I look forward to helping you keep your car running smoothly and safely. I've been in the automotive industry for about a decade now and though much has changed, the importance of taking good care of customers has not! On a personal note, I am a huge fan of sports and I also love music playing at all times. I like to spend time with family at home swimming in our pool during the warm months and bundled up watching movies or shows in the cold months. I'm known for being very easygoing. And I always like to meet new people! Whether you're in need of routine service or something more complex, we're here to help!

Josh and Serra service went above and beyond to get my 2026 Passport back on the road after my engine overheated due to the factory not installing the fuse for the engine fan. They had my car towed from the dealer (who stated they would not be able to look at it for 2 weeks) that Honda Roadside Assistance towed it to and then had repairs complete same day. They then thoroughly cleaned the engine bay from the coolant that sprayed everywhere when it overheated.

Checked the entire car. Repaired or replaced everything that was needed. He was honest and knowledgeable. I won’t take my Honda anywhere but Serra Honda for assessments and repairs.

Awesome! Josh was a super help as he diagnosed my issue and solved the problem. He kept me informed and updated. He even looked up if I had prepaid service and I did, so it was free. I highly recommend Josh if you need a service advisor at Serra Honda.
