John met us out in the parking lot while we were looking at vehicles, in very unpleasant weather. My husband and I discussed with Jon what we thought we wanted, although we didn't have one specific vehicle in mind. Jon brought 3 different vehicles to the front of the store for us to test drive. We test drove all 3 vehicles. Jon was very helpful answering our questions. At the time, we were also considering a vehicle from another manufacturer. We came back about 2 weeks later after thinking about and researching the vehicles and bought a Honda CR-V. Jon was very helpful and friendly during all our encounters.

Fantastic - Jon was knowledgeable, patient and super helpful in our car decision. We were between three really strong brands and he was a great representative for the Pilot without anything disparaging about the Toyota or Subaru.
