Hello! My name is Dillon Lowe and I'm an Express Service Advisor for Serra Honda Service. I have been working in the automotive industry for the better part of the last 5 years in sales, titles and admin, and now service advising! No matter where I work, I enjoy making my customers smile and providing excellent customer service. In my personal life, I have a ton of hobbies outside of work that include illustrating, cooking, and traveling. I love spending a day inside with my partner and my 5 cats, Archer, Charlie, Oliver, Ted and Vincent. I have a huge family and we love to get together and making memories as well!

I had found a bolt under my seat in explained to Dylan. He seemed puzzled about it. He said he would look into it when he was doing the oil change. Oil change was done. He became got me didn’t even talk about the bolt I asked him about it. I think he forgot to ask The service tech and he goes. They think it was an extra bolt when the car was built. I believe he made that up. I don’t think he even asked about it. That was mainly concerned about the service he provided at this time. Thank you and have a good day.
